1. Orders under £100.00 are subject to an £8.00 + VAT delivery charge, orders over £100.00 are delivered free of carriage.
2. We accept payment by cheque or credit card, if you prefer you can open a credit
account by filling in and returning to us the new account application form ,
terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.
3. We accept most major credit cards except American Express.
4. Payment by BACS is also acceptable, please ring and ask for our accounts department
to send you our bank details.
5. Payments should be made payable to ACP Ltd.
6. Return of goods, any items that have been supplied incorrectly by ACP Ltd will be collected and the new items redelivered at no added cost to the customer. Goods that have been ordered incorrectly by the customer ie wrong size or colour etc can be returned to ACP Ltd for full credit or replacement at the customers own cost and with a 15% handling charge to be levied. If you would like us to arrange the collection of the goods, we can do so at a cost of £8.00 to cover admin costs.
7. All items are subject to availability, ACP Ltd reserve the right to change
or alter the product specifications without notice.
8. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed
using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our server.
They are not visible to any third parties. You may send your credit card information
via phone if you prefer. Our web site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption
to ensure security of your card details.
