At All Clothing, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. That’s why we offer a straightforward, no-fuss returns process — because sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s okay.
Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, and another 14 days to send it back.
How to Return
- Start your request via our Returns Centre
- Pack your item(s) in original condition and packaging
- Use a tracked or signed-for courier and retain proof of postage
What’s Eligible
- Items must be unworn, unused, and tagged
- No returns on embroidered, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive goods (unless faulty)
Returns Condition & Restocking Fee
To help us process returns efficiently and ensure all items can be restocked for resale:
- Items must be returned in clean, original condition and must be in the original packaging
- Garments should be neatly folded, bagged, and securely repackaged
If items arrive unbagged, crumpled, marked, odorous, or poorly packaged, we reserve the right to deduct a £3 per garment restocking fee from your refund.
Refunds
If you return your entire order, we will refund the item(s) and the delivery cost will not be refunded.
If you return only part of your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving your return.
Free Shipping & Refund Adjustments
If you received free delivery by spending over £150, and your return brings the order total below that threshold, our standard shipping cost (£6.50) will be deducted from your refund.
This helps us keep our service fair and sustainable for all customers.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We’ll make it right. For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a refund or exchange promptly. Reach out via our Returns Centre.
