Orders under £99 are subject to a £7.95 + VAT delivery charge, orders over £99 are delivered free of carriage.

We accept payment by debit or credit card via Stripe payment gateway or Paypal, or we offer payment solutions in partnership with Klarna and Clearpay. If you prefer you can open a credit account by filling in and returning to us the new account application form, terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.

We accept most major credit cards except American Express.

Payment by BACS is also acceptable, please ring and ask our accounts department to send you our bank details.

Return of goods, any items that have been supplied incorrectly by All Clothing & Protection will be collected and the new items redelivered at no added cost to the customer. Goods that have been ordered incorrectly by the customer, ie wrong size or colour etc can be returned to All Clothing & Protection for credit (minus the carriage cost) or replacement at the customer’s own cost and restocking charge of  15% other than Portwest items that carry a 30% charge.

Subject to the Buyer having a right to return the Goods pursuant to these terms, all sales are final. However, ACP does subject to the terms of this clause, recognise that there may be occasions when it is appropriate to accept returns from the Buyer and ACP shall, on a case-by-case basis, consider doing so. For the purposes of this clause, any Goods which the Buyer wants to return shall be referred to as “Returned Goods”;

(a) The Buyer shall provide a proper invoice and despatch note number in respect of the Returned Goods;

(b) The Returned Goods must not have been worn (including tried on) and must be returned in their original unopened packaging;

(c) The Returned Goods must be returned with all original documentation that was supplied with the Goods;

(d) ACP retain the right to refuse Returned Goods should ACP deem them to be unsuitable for resale;

(e) The Buyer will either:

(i) pay for and arrange the return of the Returned Goods; or

(ii) if ACP agrees to recover the Returned Goods pay to ACP a charge of £15 per box of Returned Goods. In the event that ACP’s carrier attends to collect the Returned Goods and that collection is not possible owing to a default of the Buyer, a charge of £15 will be payable by the Buyer to ACP.

The following Goods will not be eligible to be returned pursuant to this clause:

(a) Underwear;

(b) Any goods which ACP does not carry as core stock (as defined by ACP from time to time);

(c) Any Goods which have been ordered as bespoke Goods by the Buyer (for example, embroidered and/or personalised Goods);

(d) Samples;

(e) Any Goods which have been in the possession of the Buyer for more than 14 days after delivery;

(f) Any Goods which have, as their function, the protection of health and safety and/or the hygiene of the wearer. By way of (non-exhaustive) examples, high visibility garments, earplugs, face masks and goggles

All items are subject to availability, All Clothing & Protection reserve the right to change or alter the product specifications without notice.

If you are returning an item on your order where you recieved a free gift if your order was over a cartain value. Then that item will need to be returned if you are requesting a full refund.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our server. They are not visible to any third parties. You may send your credit card information via phone if you prefer. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure the security of your card details.
