We, (Us, Our) are All Clothing & Protection Ltd, also referred to as ‘ACP’.

Deliveries

Orders from the mainland UK are subject to a delivery charge, and orders over £300 ex VAT are delivered free of carriage. Delivery options include Economy Delivery Option (£5.95 +VAT – up to 7 working days), Standard Delivery Option (£8.95 +VAT – 1-5 working days) and Priority Delivery Option (£12.95 +VAT – 1-3 working days). We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days.

Should you wish us to despatch your order to Ireland or the Highlands or Islands a delivery charge of £30.00 + VAT will apply, and will normally be delivered within 5-7 days of receiving your order. Any local radius orders that can be delivered via our delivery driver will be delivered free of charge.

Payment Options

We accept payment by all major UK debit or credit cards via secure Stripe payment gateway or Paypal, or we offer payment solutions in partnership with Klarna and Clearpay.

If you prefer you can open a credit account by filling in and returning to us the new account application form, terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice. We accept most major credit cards except American Express. Payment by BACS is also acceptable, please ring and ask our accounts department to send you our bank details. Payments should be made payable to All Clothing & Protection.

Multipack bundles or items from the bundles section are for website orders only.

Returns

If you have placed an order online and would like to make a return, please use our returns centre to submit your order for return.

With our ‘No Quibble Returns’ policy, you can submit your order for return up to 14 days after this has been invoiced. Once your return request has been approved, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.

Any items supplied incorrectly by All Clothing & Protection (ACP) will be collected and the new items will be delivered at no added cost to the customer.

Goods that have been ordered incorrectly by the customer ie the wrong size or colour etc or that are no longer wanted can be returned to All Clothing & Protection for a refund at the customer’s own cost (subject to exclusions – see T&Cs). Any carriage charge that has been paid, will not be refunded unless agreed by ACP.

Your Rights

Subject to the Buyer having a right to return the Goods pursuant to these terms, all sales are final. However, ACP does subject to the terms of this clause, recognise that there may be occasions when it is appropriate to accept returns from the Buyer and ACP shall, on a case by case basis, consider doing so. For the purposes of this clause, any Goods which the Buyer wants to return shall be referred to as “Returned Goods”;

(a) The Returned Goods must be returned in their original packaging with labels intact and be unworn/unused.
(b) The Returned Goods must be returned with all original documentation that was supplied with the Goods;
(c) ACP retain the right to refuse Returned Goods should ACP deem them to be unsuitable for resale;
(d) The Buyer will pay for and arrange the return of the Returned Goods; unless ACP has agreed otherwise.

Exclusions

The following Goods will not be eligible to be returned under this clause:

(a) Underwear;
(b) Any Goods which ACP does not carry as core stock (as defined by ACP from time to time);
(c) Any Goods which have been ordered as bespoke Goods by the Buyer (for example, embroidered and/or personalised Goods);
(d) Samples;
(e) Any Goods which have been in the possession of the Buyer for more than 30 days after delivery;
(f) Any Goods which have, as their function, the protection of health and safety and/or the hygiene of the wearer. By way of (non-exhaustive) examples, high visibility garments, earplugs, face masks and goggles.
(g) Any goods marked from the Clearance section

Discount codes

(a) Minimum spend requirements may exist
(b) Excludes items on sale
(c) Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or coupon
(d) Maximum limit, 1 coupon per order

Communication

We will send a confirmation/quote for all order enquiries either by email or online, it is your responsibility to check that the details are correct and identify if there are any discrepancies.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Website Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of Website Terms in the English courts. If you live in a part of the United Kingdom other than England or any other Member State of the European Union, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Website Terms in either the English courts or the courts of your home country.
